How to Book an Appointment
You can make an appointment in the following ways:
Extended hours are offered each Monday evening, and we also offer telephone calls from each partner from 18:30 onwards.
The doctors and practice nurses are happy to give telephone advice. You will be asked to leave a contact telephone number for your doctor or practice nurse to call you.
Telephone consultations are designed for medication reviews, follow up appointments or general problems where no examination is needed. If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a review of your medication, please complete our online Medication Review form.
Please ensure that your mobile phone number is up to date. If you do need to update your details, you can do this online or by completing our online form.
All telephone calls to and from the surgery will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
We would ask that patients let us know using our cancel an appointment form or you as soon as you are able to, if an appointment is no longer required.
The appointment can then be made available for another patient. It is always difficult to meet the demand for appointments and we would therefore ask that you please help us to help you.
